1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Client Portal provided by Hazem Elsawy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

The portal is a proprietary platform used exclusively for professional communication, project scoping, and requesting freelance Full Stack and Front-End software development services from Hazem Elsawy.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Please note that any price ranges, timelines, or project estimates provided within the portal (e.g., "$1,000 – $5,000") or discussed via the real-time chat are preliminary estimates only. They do not constitute a legally binding contract or an offer of service. A legally binding agreement is only formed when a formal Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or invoice is mutually signed and issued.

4. User Conduct

As a user of the Client Portal, you agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or overload the real-time chat messaging system.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or illegal materials.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the portal's functionality or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for users who violate these conduct rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All pre-existing Intellectual Property (IP), frameworks, and boilerplate code developed by Hazem Elsawy remain the exclusive property of Hazem Elsawy. Custom project IP and source code will be transferred to the client only upon the full and final payment of all subsequent formal invoices related to the agreed-upon project.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
